About the company...
Regina J. Lankford is the owner of Appraisals on the Shore, Inc. She began her career in 1991, training with a large appraisal firm in Salisbury, Md. In 2002, she opened her office, under the trade name of Regina J. Lankford, Appraiser. After successfully developing business with local banks and loyal Internet clients, Regina decided to expand her marketing efforts to include the World Wide Web. In 2007, the company was incorporated under the new business name of Appraisals on the Shore, Inc.
Experience...
Regina began her Real Estate Appraisal career by successfully completing courses sponsored by the Appraisal Institute, a nationally recognized appraisal organization. From 1991-2002, she worked as a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser in Maryland and Delaware. Since that time, she has met all of the state requirements to upgrade her license to Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Regina maintains an active status on the FHA/HUD Approved Appraiser Roster, ASC National Registry and National USPAP List. Also, she is a member of the Coastal Association of Realtors.
